Squeezed in between Germany, France and the Netherlands, Belgium occupies a spot that has often decided the fate of Europe. Amsterdam has also many secrets to offer; its masterpieces, canals and windmills. From Medieval Bruges and WWI battlefields in Belgium, to the highlights of Amsterdam, this trip will surely surprise you!

Day 1 - Arrival

- Arrival at Brussels International Airport and transfer to Ypres - or "Ieper" - for check in and lunch.
- Visit the In Flanders Fields War Museum: during the WWI the city became the focus of fighting between the Imperial German Armies and the Allied Armies.
- Sightseeing around the Flemish town before dinner.

Day 2 - Ieper

- Visit the WWI sites: our Battlefield Tour includes Essex Farm, In Flanders Fields, Langemark German War Cemetery, Vancouver Corner and Tyne Cot Cemetery.
- Visit the Sanctuary Wood Museum which contains part of the preserved battlefield and the German trench system.
- Afterwards, visit Hill 60 and the Commonwealth War Graves site at Bedford House. Finish with Passchendale Ridge and attend the Last Post Ceremony at the Menin Gate.

Day 3 - Bruges

- Coach to Bruges, Belgium’s most popular tourist attraction and one of Europe’s best preserved medieval cities. The city is ideal for cycling and you will love this experience!
- Take a canal ride after the visit of the Choco-Story Museum to experience one of Belgium’s most famous products. There is a massive number of churches, cathedrals and museums (to diamonds, Flemish Art, etc.). Just take your pick!

Day 4 - Transfer to Amsterdam

- Early transfer to Amsterdam.
- Visit Albert Cuyp market, the most popular market in Amsterdam, to get an overview of all the typical Dutch products such as cheese, bread and delicatessen.
- Amsterdam has more than 100 km of canals! A cruise will be an excellent introduction to the city.

Day 5 - Flower market, Sloten Windmill & Anne Frank's house

- Visit the Bloemenmarkt, the world’s only floating flower market. The tulip is the symbol of Amsterdam and you’ll be delighted by the colorful variety of flowers sold in this unique Amsterdam market.
- Travel to the Sloten windmill, an original Poldermill and a museum where you can see how barrels are being manufactured.
- We will then visit Anne Frank’s house, a museum dedicated to Anne Frank, who hid from Nazi persecution with her family and four other people in hidden rooms at the rear of the building.

Day 6 - Zaanse Schans, Cycling tour & Art

- Go to the village of Zaanse Schans and follow the local guide for a guided visit of the paint mills, the oil mills or sawmills and view a range of traditional crafts: cheese- and clog-making, pewter working and Delft blue pottery.
- You can’t stay in Amsterdam without joining a cycling tour of the city! There isn’t a city in the world where people cycle as much. Take a bike and feel like a true Amsterdam resident.
- Visit the Rijksmuseum, the most visited museum in the country and where you can see some masterpieces by Rembrandt, Van Gogh, and Johannes Vermeer.

Day 7 - Departure

- Transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
